Welcome to the warranty form for EGR Fender Flares

Below is what EGR require for processing warranty claims.  Without the information this will hold up the claim and prevent EGR from servicing the customer's needs in a timely fashion.

Critical Information Required
1.  Serial Number
2.  Proof of purchase (Purchase Order Number or Invoice Number) 
3.  Please provide a video of what the fault is.     
4.  Defect / Inclusions / Scratches - Picture of the paint defect up close and a picture standing roughly 1 meter away
5.  Colour Mismatch - Picture of the product up against the vehicle with various angles and lighting projected

You might ask "Why does EGR want a video?".  Well by supplying this video, it will allow EGR to see what is going on with the EGR Fender Flares.  From there we can key the details into our diagnostic tool to provide you with a solution.
