Welcome to the warranty form for EGR Gen3 Canopies
Below is what EGR require for processing warranty claims. Without the information this will hold up the claim and prevent EGR from servicing the customer's needs in a timely fashion.
Critical Information Required
1. Serial Number
2. Proof of purchase (Purchase Order Number or Invoice Number) - warranty does not transfer to 2nd owners (refer owners manual)
3. Please provide a video of what the fault is.
4. Water Leaks - video footage to be provided on where the water leak is occurring. Picture of water in the tub is not sufficient to work out where the leak is occurring and to whether or not parts need to be provided.
5. Defect / Inclusions / Scratches - Picture of the paint defect up close and a picture standing roughly 1 meter away
6. Colour Mismatch - Picture of the product up against the vehicle with various angles and lighting projected
7. Electrical Issues (Buttons not work) - video footage of trying to operate the push buttons. All 2-3 buttons in the video is preferred
You might ask "Why does EGR want a video?". Well by supplying this video, it will allow EGR to see what is going on with the EGR Gen3 Canopy. As there are more Electric Components in the EGR Gen3 Canopy this will help us diagnose the fault easier.
