Welcome to the warranty form for EGR Loadshield Accessories

Below is what EGR require for processing warranty claims.  Without the information this will hold up the claim and prevent EGR from servicing the customer's needs in a timely fashion.

Critical Information Required
1.  Serial Number / Batch Number (Required for pre-fitment claims)
2.  Proof of purchase (Purchase Order Number or Invoice Number)
3.  Please provide a video of what the fault is.     
4.  Defect / Inclusions / Scratches - Picture of the paint defect up close and a picture standing roughly 1 meter away (Only accepted pre-fitment)
